What really makes us different is the fact that we tailor our business to our customers. They wanted next-day delivery, a precise delivery window, and a courtesy call before arrival. They wanted us to connect their new appliances and take their old appliances away. They wanted to pay cash-on-delivery (COD). And they wanted extended delivery hours. So we established our own shipping service to the greater Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Hunter regions*, and gave our customers exactly what they wanted. In those areas, we now deliver the very next day (assuming it's in stock), as early as 8am and as late as 6pm. We give an estimated 2 hour delivery window (e.g. we estimate we'll be there between 12.30pm - 2.30pm). We call you an hour before we arrive. We accept payment on delivery (cash, cheque or credit card) . We connect your appliance (assuming no plumber or electrician required). And we remove and recycle the appliance you're replacing if required. (* If you're outside these areas, your appliances will be shipped using a third party transport company, in which case, we can't make the same commitments. We can, however, guarantee that we engage only the best transport companies in Australia, and that your appliances will be delivered safely, securely and promptly. We liaise directly with you and the courier, right up to the moment when your purchase arrives.)
